Welcome to Block.Pay, a cryptocurrency payment service that allows the monetization of services using various cryptocurrencies. By using the Bot, you ("User" or "Server Owner") agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Bot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.
2. Services Provided
The Bot allows Server Owners to:
Set up subscription services within their Discord servers.
Receive payments from Users in supported cryptocurrencies.
Manage subscriptions and related user access based on successful payment.
3. Eligibility
To use the Bot, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Have a valid cryptocurrency wallet.
Not be a resident of any country where cryptocurrency transactions are prohibited by law.
4. Cryptocurrency Payments
All payments for subscriptions are made in supported cryptocurrencies.
Server Owners are responsible for setting the price of their services and managing their own cryptocurrency wallets.
Payments are sent directly to the Server Owner’s wallet.
Once a payment is made, it is final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the Server Owner.
5. Fees
Any third-party fees (e.g., network transaction fees) are the responsibility of the User or Server Owner.
6. Refunds & Disputes
Refunds are at the sole discretion of the Server Owner. The Bot does not handle disputes between Users and Server Owners.
If a User is unsatisfied with a service or subscription, they must contact the Server Owner directly.
The Bot is not liable for any disputes or chargebacks.
7. Responsibilities of Server Owners
Server Owners must comply with all applicable laws, including those related to cryptocurrency and consumer protection.
Server Owners are solely responsible for the content, pricing, and quality of their subscription services.
Server Owners must clearly disclose their refund, cancellation, and renewal policies.
8. User Responsibilities
Users must ensure they are legally permitted to use cryptocurrency in their jurisdiction.
Users are responsible for understanding how cryptocurrency transactions work, including the potential for transaction delays and the volatility of cryptocurrency prices.
9. Bot Availability
The Bot aims to be available 24/7, but service interruptions may occur. The Bot does not guarantee 100% uptime and is not liable for any service outages or delays.
Maintenance or upgrades may temporarily disrupt service.
10. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Bot for any unlawful or prohibited purposes, including but not limited to:
Selling illegal or banned content.
Money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
Exploiting the Bot for unintended uses or abuse.
Spamming or unauthorized solicitation to other Users or Server Owners.

The Bot does not guarantee the security, reliability, or timeliness of the service.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Bot, its developers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruptions, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Bot.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Bot, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Bot, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
15. Modifications to Terms
The Bot reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on [Bot Website or Discord Server] and will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Bot constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Termination
The Bot reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Bot at its sole discretion for any violation of these Terms or any applicable laws.
