✍️Managing Plans

You can manage your subscription plans directly through DM with the Block.Pay Discord Bot.

Start by sending the /plans command to the bot via DM.

Select the Discord Server you want to manage your plans with.

Select the plan you wish to manage.

Here you'll see all the details of your plan including the Renewal Price & Currency, Next Renewal Date etc.

To renew your plan early and extend your next renewal date in advance, simply click the Renew button.

You will be sent a Renewal Link which will take you to the Block.Pay Payments Platform.

Simply choose the wallet you want to renew with and connect it to our website.

If you wanted to switch to a different renewal wallet to your original one, you can connect another wallet now.

Simply click Complete and follow the Phantom prompts to sign and submit the transactions.

This will allow you to renew and extend your subscription on-chain.

Once the transaction is successful, you will see this success message.

Your next renewal date has now been successfully extended.

To pause or cancel a subscription plan, simply click the Pause button.

This will pause your subscription so when the next renewal date comes, your role will be revoked from that Discord server.

You can resume your plan at any time by clicking Resume.

If you resume your plan before the next renewal date, you'll be automatically charged normally.

You cannot resume your plan after the next renewal date, you'll just have to re-subscribe to the plan.
